Delivery & Returns


Our standard UK recorded delivery service takes between 3-7 days. We usually aim to dispatch products within 3 days of your purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for orders made outside of the United Kingdom.

We are happy to exchange any item as long as it is returned to us in its original condition. All our clothing items come individually bagged. There are size charts on the site so please check these before ordering to ensure you get the right size for you, as we will not send out exchanges until items have been returned in their original condition with tags attached.

If you would like to exchange your order for another item/ size, please return package to the address below, items will only be accepted if returned in their original condition. Please remember to include the following information in your package so that we can process your return: Order Number, Full name, Address, Email address used when ordering, and the size/style you would like to exchange for.

Print off a copy of your order emailed to you when you placed your order, and indicate which items you are returning. Return the item by recorded delivery, together with the copy order. Please always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. We are unable to assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

Once we receive your order and passes inspection, you will be refunded. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, please allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
